Sample management Specialist （Contractor)

Description

Position Summary：

To improve the tracking, management and use of our materials and bio specimens, provide best practices and guidelines for inventory management for China, and reduce operational costs for managing samples and materials for inventory management and tracking

Essential Duties and Responsibilities：

1. Lead the sample logistics, process , inventory management , samples routine audit both for Beijing and Suzhou lab.

2. To ensure all the samples (including virus, cell, bacterial, clinical samples, reagents, hazards chemicals etc.) be managed properly and safely

3. To responsible for samples information input to system, order check and approval, sample delivery, Biorails system maintenance, connection with global team for the problem solving, operation improvement etc.

4. To coordinate internal audit and external inspection from local authority, and work with third party warehouse.

Requirements：

1.Advanced knowledge of sample management or lab management

2. Scientific expertise gained through either bachelor degree (Veterinary/Virology/Bacteriology/immunology or other relevant disciplines) or several years of direct experience in development of Biological correlation.

3. Attention to details; team player; good organizing skills and ability to communicate in English.
