- Execute key account strategies, sales plans, promotional strategies, and projects of assigned products in identified swine and poultry key accounts.
- Provide consultancy regarding the portfolio products, delivering precise responses aligned with client requirements.
- Develop mutually beneficial and productive long-term partnerships.
Position Requirements
- Key Account Management experience in an animal health industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- IT literate. Able to use standard business software, communication tools, and machine interfaces.
- Results-oriented mindset, capacity to identify new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and flexible.
- Customer focus.
- Willing to take initiative, trying new ideas.
Your role
- Management of customer accounts, achieve sales plan targets.
- Analyse, develop, execute, monitor, and achieve the KAM strategy in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Provide support to our swine and poultry portfolio products on both vets and farmers.
- Work with the BU Manager to proactively identify customer needs and opportunities and capitalize on them.
- Maintain high standards of business conduct and compliance.
