POSITION SUMMARY

The Cluster Demand Management Leader will manage his regional team of Cluster Demand Managers and Cluster Demand Planners to provide effective Demand Management.

Responsible to Lead Cluster/Regional Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and be part of the Global IBP process with an active role by providing the input related to the demand volume trends.

This position, in coordination with the cluster demand managers/planners’ interfaces with the commercial team to validate assumptions, identify risks, and support the development of the base line sales forecast plan for the region.

Act as Supply Chain Business partner being the single point of contact for the Commercial on planning information and having Cluster Vice Presidents forecast sign-off. Provide visibility of stocks levels risks and opportunities making sure markets has appropriate levels of inventory aligned with global inventory guidelines.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand Management

· Lead and/or continuously improving the S&OP process for finished goods by coordinating activities of Demand Management resources in collaboration with Commercial teams

· Build credibility of the demand management organization in local markets.

· Ensure all markets produce and update monthly demand planning of a rolling 24/36 months demand forecast (both volume and $) and adherence to deadlines

· Facilitate demand review meetings at the Cluster level and provide the data and inputs for the global demand review meeting as part of the global IBP process.

· Partner with Supply Chain NPI and local Marketing teams to align steps for successful new product introduction.

· Establish and support local and regional SC&L Operational Review Meetings. Monitor, analyze and improve performance trends for Forecast Accuracy, analyze root causes, define and implement improvement plan.

· Responsible for the development and lead the demand planning team performance in an appropriate work environment.

· In coordination with Cluster Demand Managers, responsible for lost sales projections and mitigate backorders; also minimizing the impact of product scraping across the region

· Project management responsibility to leverage continuous improvements initiatives and data & analytics across the region

· Establish accountability for the demand plan with sales and marketing and ensure plans are signed off on a monthly basis by the Cluster VPs and GMs.

Supply Chain

· Supply Chain market face by drive communication issue resolution process with Commercial Leads and Supply and Logistics Leaders.

· Develop and implementing effective supply chain strategies in coordination with Customer Supply Services Leader to support the business growth

· Manage forecast major changes/exceptions and communicate effectively inside Supply community.

· Active participation on Supply Chain Planning forums with the Platform Supply Planning Leaders/Managers.

· SCL responsibilities by integrate new business

Inventory Management

· Liaise with the regional Inventory Management leader to establish finished goods target stocking levels and meet overall business objectives for improved Months on hand (MOH) performance.

· Supply Chain gate keeper for finished goods. support local and regional SC&L Operational Review Meetings. Monitor, analyze and improve performance trends for Months on Hand, analyze root causes, define and implement improvement plan. Participated in global excess review with Global Inventory teams and identify actions at market level

· Supply Chain Inventory analysis at Zoetis Hub warehouses level to address concerns at inventory hold at these hubs
