Virtual Recall-Digital Practice Services
Job Purpose:
- To support the CBD Manager to grow sales of all existing corporate customers and to win business from other corporates.
- Deliver Field Force effectiveness for Virtual Recall services and be the key support for AM’s and PDAMS.
- Support Zoetis CKAM’s to deliver key revenue targets and leverage existing commercial agreements.
- Support Zoetis Marketing and Product specialists to leverage VR as a key tool to achieve operating plans.
- Support and help train International colleagues in markets to support VR corporate strategy and drive corporate sales
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify new Virtual Recall opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-sellingand cross-selling
- Identify new opportunities with other Corporates and key accounts, working closely and liaising with Zoetis UK Key Account team, adopting One Zoetis approach
- Drive partner field force effectiveness to deliver sales for Virtual Recall.
- Support Zoetis UK Area business managers on driving sales effectiveness.
- Work with the PDAMs team to support queries, maintaining bi-weekly meetings.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality between competing manufacturers and Zoetis business intelligence and intellectual property.
- Support in country colleagues' corporate strategy for VR geoexpansion, attending meetings with relevant sales team members.
- Manage projects to coordinate between the VR support team, sales team and finance, ensuring the projects are deliverable with resources available
- Manage and solve conflicts with customers.
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
- Meet time deadlines for accounts
Key Skills:
- 5+ year experience in veterinary sales
- Experience in working with our corporate customers
- Ability to adapt to new markets and new opportunities where there is the need to set up new processes and manage new stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, manage projects, time frames and deadlines

Training and Qualifications:
- Aptitude for sales
- Proven sales track record in key account management
- experience in veterinary market
Travel requirements:
This role is based at home and requires travel to customer clinics and trade shows
