POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate Director L&D role for LATAM (Latin America & Brazil) forms part of the international L&D team, a key function within International Commercial COE.

Reporting to the Director of L&D LATAM / International L&D Lead, the Associate Director will focus on operational management of the cluster, ensuring the alignment of the L&D function with the strategic priorities set by the Director and the International team. Main responsibilities include managing the regional L&D team across a diverse and complex business environment and delivering and deploying approved international programs that enhance the capabilities of local sales and marketing teams.

Guided by the Director of L&D LATAM this role will focus on facilitation, consulting, coaching and leading interactions with country and commercial managers, creating a learning culture and improving overall colleague skill and proficiency in country and cluster.

The ideal candidate must have commercial and learning and development experience, be familiar and have experience with sales CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), be able to work well within virtual teams and influence, interact/network on a senior commercial level with business unit directors & country leads. The candidate will lead the operational execution of L&D strategies, ensuring effective implementation across the region, and addressing tactical challenges in real-time to meet the commercial and performance goals of each country and cluster.
