Nous recherchons un.e Charg?.e d'Affaires R?glementaires - CDD 1 an
Dans le cadre de notre changement d'adresse, nous avons besoin d'un support pour assurer les missions suivantes :
- Soumission et suivi des variations d’AMM
- R?pondre aux questions des Autorit?s dans les d?lais impartis
- Pr?parer, valider et diffuser la version valid?e du RCP et des mentions l?gales
- Cr?er, modifier, contr?ler et approuver des articles de conditionnement
- Repr?senter le Pharmacien Responsable lors des r?unions r?glementaires en liaison avec la structure r?glementaire Europe et les Artwork centers
- Mettre ? jour l’ensemble des bases de donn?es r?glementaires
- Pr?parer et soumettre l’?tat des lieux annuel
Pour cela, les comp?tences cl?s recherch?es sont :
- La rigueur appliquant les r?gles et les proc?dures dans un souci d'exigence de qualit? et d'efficacit?
- d'avoir de l'int?r?t et de la curiosit? sur la connaissance de l'organisation et / ou assurer une veille sur son environnement externe pour capter les ?volutions et enrichir les pratiques Zoetis
- pouvoir r?diger de mani?re claire et pr?cise
- savoir adapter sa communication ? des interlocuteurs diff?rents pouvant avoir des int?r?ts divergents
- faire preuve d'initiative et d'autonomie sur son p?rim?tre de responsabilit?
- savoir s'adapter ? un changement impos? en se remettant en cause et en r?agissant rapidement
Formation de base et exp?rience professionnelle
- Pharmacien, V?t?rinaire ou formation scientifique bac + 5/6 (Master II)
- Premi?re exp?rience en Affaires r?glementaires au sein de l’industrie pharmaceutique
Connaissances requises
- Anglais courant (scientifique/technique)
- Ma?trise de la l?gislation pharmaceutique au niveau fran?ais et europ?en
- Connaissance des outils informatiques suivants serait un plus : SAP – ETS – Veeva Vault.
Ce poste est ? s?dentaire ?, bas? au Si?ge de Chatillon avec possibilit? de t?l?travail.
Il n?cessite de cr?er et faire vivre un r?seau de partenaires internes impliqu?s dans la r?alisation de son activit? notamment avec les Artwork centers, les ?quipes R?glementaires et Production Globales.
