Position Overview:
The Nordics, Ireland, and UK Learning & Development Manager is an integral part of Zoetis' International Learning and Development (L&D) Center of Excellence (COE) community. This role holds key responsibilities for managing learning and development initiatives across the Northern Europe Cluster, working closely with international teams to support Zoetis' business strategy. The role has four primary missions:
- Address Training Needs: Identify and meet the learning and development needs of Zoetis' commercial teams, aligned with the strategy and business priorities of the Northern Europe Cluster.
- Deliver Certification Programs: Execute Zoetis' excellence programs, providing certifications for Marketers, VetOps, Corporate Key Account Managers (CKAM), Sales Managers, and Account Managers.
- Provide L&D Expertise: Support field force readiness for product launches, offer coaching for sales managers, and implement continuous education and relevant soft skills programs tailored to the commercial teams in the Nordics, Ireland, and UK.
- Drive Digital Tool Adoption: Ensure successful adoption and use of both current and new digital tools through customer engagement solutions, leveraging data insights to measure the impact on capability development and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead training programs to support commercial teams across the Nordics, Ireland, and UK in alignment with Zoetis' strategic goals.
- Deliver excellence in certifications for Marketers, Sales Managers, VetOps, and Account Managers.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective learning solutions, including field coaching, digital tools adoption, and continuous education initiatives.
- Ensure sales force readiness through product launch training and coaching support.
- Measure the impact of training and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and sales capabilities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of Learning & Development experience, ideally in the animal health or pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS) and tools like Salesforce, PowerBI, and AI applications.
- Fluency in English and one Nordic language is required.
- Travel up to 10-15% across Nordics, UK, and Ireland.
