GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Commercial Manager for Cow-Calf Segment Livestock requires a broad Commercial & Marketing expertise. The position requires the skills and experience to develop commercial strategies and processes to enable effective multi-level approach and communication with all stakeholders from Producers to Pharmacies and Distributors.
From the Commercial standpoint the position aligns & coordinates action plans & resources toward value creation for cow-calf producers, pharmacies, and distributors as well as to Zoetis.
As Commercial manager leader for production livestock, the candidate requires a proven track record of delivering successful marketing initiatives and possess strong leadership and analytical skills.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and achieve business objectives. As Marketing leader, he will lead a Marketing professional and collaborate with livestock teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, the work area is Gulf of M?xico, (Tamaulipas, Veracruz,Tabasco,Chiapas,Yucat?n) & Livestock production areas.

Main Functions
- Creates a compelling Business Plan for Strategic Distributors. Set clear objectives, define key actions, and get resources to build a value proposition
- Set metrics to measure advance
- Align & coordinate FF action plans
- Build win-win long term B2B relationships between strategic Channel Partners and Zoetis
- Seek & detect customer needs to determine priorities & offer customized solutions based deep analysis according to Zoetis strategies
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Lead and mentor a Commercial Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve production livestock goals
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize commercial efforts and measure campaign effectiveness
- Manage and allocate commercial budget to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company's commercial strategies remain innovative and competitive
- Creates unique capabilities to differentiate from competitors. By building and developing capabilities to measure product performance at field level
PROFILE
Professional in Agribusiness (Veterinarian, Agronomist Engineer), Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven Track Record with Strategic Distributors as customers
- Proven relationship network with advisors, consultants, strategic distributors
- Desired experience in animal health companies or related to health, nutrition & production

Other Requirements
The Zoetis Commercial Manager requires time for business travel of 60/40% and the feasibility to change residence in the medium/long term (+4 years).
