Position Summary:
A Technical Key Account Specialist Companion Animal is responsible for providing technical support to customers and conducting training sessions. This role involves developing technical strategies, building strong customer relationships, and offering expert advice on product usage. Additionally, the specialist will organize educational programs to enhance customer and team knowledge. Ideal candidates will have a background in animal health, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving the well-being of companion animals. This position combines technical knowledge and training abilities to make a positive impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Support: Providing technical support and expertise to customers, which may include veterinarians, pet owners, and retailers. This involves understanding the technical aspects of the products and being able to explain their benefits and usage. You will troubleshoot any issues that arise, offer solutions, and ensure that customers are fully satisfied with the products. Staying updated with the latest advancements in animal health products and technologies is crucial to provide accurate and relevant information.
• Training and Education: Conducting training sessions and educational programs for customers and distributor teams to enhance their knowledge about the products and their applications. This includes preparing training materials, organizing workshops, and delivering presentations. You will also assess the training needs of different customer groups and tailor your sessions accordingly to ensure they are effective and engaging.
