Field Force Effectiveness Lead – Central Eastern Europe South
Position purpose:
The Field Force Effectiveness Lead CEES provides insights to assess the performance and drive continous improvements to Zoetis CEES business covering Hungary, East & West Balkans. This role is responsible for data model management, defining and analyzing performance metrics, building reports, running experiments, and model development. Support Area Business Managers in assessing KPIs. Navigation and Administration of CRM tools. The scope is divided between: Sales Analysis, CRM Management & Business Technology and Business Management area. This is a high-profile role with responsibility that may interact with different seniority level of Colleagues across the Zoetis CEES region.
Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence:
- Create, automate, and manage performance measurement tools for Zoetis CEES
- Uncover and prioritize high ROI investment and savings opportunities using data sources
- Support the design, post-hoc analysis and continuous improvement of promotional campaigns and other marketing activities
- Design, develop, and maintain KPIs/metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions and assist with demand forecasting
- Provide comprehensive responses to ad hoc managerial requests to obtain or explain data-related inquiries
- Synthetize complex data sets into summary presentation format suitable for non-technical audiences
- Work with the business analytics team and IT to develop detailed data mapping and end-to-end process flows when needed and to implement best practices for data integrity, data quality, and exception handling processes
- Assistance to Area Business Managers in creation of Regional Sales Strategies: Assessing Sales Targets for Filed Forces (FF), Updating all changes in the Sales Force system, performing analysis on FF productivity and efficiency, ensuring FF protocols are measured and met
- Working with users of the reporting tools to advise on best practices and best use of systems.
- Working on data quality and compliance to develop data quality reporting and accurate controls
- Managing the reporting and analytics platform(s) to ensure that scheduled jobs are successfully run, and analytics data aligns to timeliness / completeness requirements.
- Working with database administrators to ensure that databases feeding the reporting platforms are tuned for optimal performance.
- Maintaining the data integrity of all data contained in the system
Sales analysis:
- Review and analysis on End User Sales (EUS), EUS wholesales and inventory reports
- Discuss metrics with connected departments, report and follow up, and embed actions on a monthly basis on product portfolio
CRM Management & Business Technology:
- Manage day-to-day operational support for Zoetis on Salesforce platform
- Troubleshoot and manage reported CRM issues. Work with Zoetis ITS and external provider support to resolve any technical issues and reinstallations.
- Identify areas for improvement in operating procedures, ensuring that CRM is aligned with the continued strategic focus of the business. Regular liaison with the CRM Regional Coordinator to ensure that development of the system meets the ongoing needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3-5 years of CRM experience
- Strong analytical mindset and in-depth understanding of key business drivers
- Fluency in Hungarian and English required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics/statistics, economics or related field
- High proficiency with Excel and Azure (or similar visualization tools)
- Experience with database usage
- Strong process and analytical background
- Working knowledge of SAP & BI is a must, ERP practice: SAP, Arriba, Sales Force, AZURE
