Role Profile Description:

• Manage total Zoetis portfolio in assigned key accounts.
• Grow existing or develop new business to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and grow relationships with key customers/accounts through technical, commercial knowledge, relationships and selling skills.
• Meet the company standards in achieving key customer account plans and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Spot emerging trends (customer, competitor information, and value proposition insights) and communicate to the sales and marketing management.
• Meet all administrative and compliance expectations of Zoetis.

communicating and influencing customers to increase sales and market share for Zoetis products, services
and solutions

• Manages account with a long term strategy that satisfies both customer and Zoetis needs.
• Not afraid to recommend different treatment strategies that suits customers business and fits well with Zoetis portfolio
• Understands the customer needs and aspirations and what they value on a deep level and are building a strategic partnership with them based on value not price only
• Has knowledge of the customers' customers and adds value on how they can evolve their business to
achieve their goals.

Negotiation
• Able to establish effectively his/her position with clear objective communication.
• Effective and productive in long term agreements and repeat negotiations.
• Can negotiate with different stakeholders internally and externally.

Business Acumen
• Uses animal health industry, portfolio, strategy, financial, market, and knowledge of competitors to maximize resource utilization and ROI for both the account and Zoetis.
• Can challenge customer opinions and help lead them in needed direction based on industry data, facts, and emerging trends.

Acts Decisively with Good Judgment
• Makes decisions in a timely manner. Makes decisions on a mix of analysis, wisdom, and experience and inputs from others when needed.

Builds Trust with Customers
• Anticipates market changes and new trends that could impact future business opportunities. Builds and promotes strategic partnerships for Zoetis with customersand sustains the relationship long-term.
• Mentors others on professionalism and dealing with customers in difficult situations.

Performance Measures:
• Analysis and interpretation of market/ customer(s) and financial or business risks are identified using facts and insights and are used to inform debate and decision making
• Information is reviewed and updated to agreed standards
• Accountable for achievement of budget and delivery against plans

Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Veterinary Medicine degree is a plus but not required).
2. Proficient in standard business software and communication tools.
3. Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of the Animal Health industry is essential.
5. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
