If you are an ambitious Tech and Digital Site Lead & Business Partner, who wants to operate in a manufacturing environment with translating business requirements into IT solutions and participate in local and global initiatives then PHARMAQ part of Zoetis is a good choice!

We are now looking for an engaged, proactive, and structured colleague based in Overhalla or Kl?fta, Norway. In this role, you must have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, application support, project management, as well as experience with networking and systems architecture to effectively develop and support our manufacturing sites. Awareness of the manufacturing and Pharmaq strategy is essential to ensure alignment with the global roadmap and ongoing changes. This role involves close interaction with site management, and strong communication across the organization is expected.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Translating business requirements into IT solutions.
• Solution Partner role – explain ZTD solutions and how they affect the site.
• Proactive seek and execute development opportunities for the sites within Technology & Digital and be a strategic partner within this area.
• Knowledge of local systems and devices - shared PCs, Labs PC, Production PCs,
• tablets, specialty printers, handhelds, scanners, etc.
• Experience with local infrastructure and automation systems/network.
• Ability to manage projects (PMP), organizational and communication skills.
• SAP – local plant contacts for issue resolution and continuous improvement efforts.
• Understanding of global apps and their interfaces to edge apps.
• Managing relationships with local Business application owners.

Qualifications and profile we are looking for:
• Bachelor`s degree in technology and business or a relevant field.
• Experience from 5 years in a similar role is an advantage.
• Background from working in an interdisciplinary environment with multiple reporting lines.
• Ability to build network and collaborate across different roles and competencies within the organization.
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral.
