Role Description

The Business Unit Lead is responsible for strategic planning, directing wholly or partly the operational activities to deliver business results of the BU including targets such as revenue, volume, turnover and profitability.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Directing CA business unit operations in compliant with company policies and procedures

Provide effective management of CA business unit operational activities to drive strategic and financial results

Develop goals, budgets and tactical business plans with the corresponding expense allocations to expand sales and profitability in assigned business unit

Lead the strategic development for the CA business unit in all aspects: portfolio, marketing, and technical

Lead the strategy and execution for launching of new products in pipeline

Perform efficient finance management for the assigned business unit (Budget, P&L, R.O.I, A&P investment….)

Analyze and capitalize on market trends; identifying new opportunities to expand Zoetis market position

Coordinate with other heads of departments, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth

Build effective relationship with the key customers so as to maintain good revenue growth for the organization

Collaborate with cluster, COE, and global teams to benchmark and establish best in class learnings and practices for Vietnam CA business unit

Effectively allocate resources within different areas of CA business unit, all aimed at producing results

Responsible for training, coaching and mentoring team members in an inspriring and growth mindset
