So how do you know if you're the right person? Checking off these points is a good start:

1. Experience from work as a veterinarian in practice. Also, experience from pharmaceutical sales role is valued. Being able to understand and convey science, as well as understanding how the work of a companion animal clinic works, is essential. You will be part of a team of three Account Managers in Finland. We place great value on the ability to communicate our products – for instance, by giving presentations - at a high scientific level.

2. Outgoing, social and easy to build long-term relationships. Everything we do is about helping veterinarians and nurses to provide better care for the animals. Trust, knowledge and good communication skills are central parts of building long-term relationships. You spend most of your time in the field meeting key customers, so you also need to be able to travel frequently.

3. Combining medical excellence with a commercial approach. We call it field technical manager. The important thing is not what it is called, but that you like the role in helping veterinarians find solutions to problems to ultimately get healthier and happier animals. The focus is on medicines for pets. We expect you to have a high degree of result orientation and structure in your daily work, and to provide excellent medical support for customers. Preferably you already have some experience in the field.

4. Lives in the Helsinki region. In the role, you have close contact with veterinary clinics and key customers across Finland, to educate and help them provide better care. You will have great responsibility for planning and implementing the work.

And then the usual: fluent in Finnish, good English, a valid driver's license, and the ability to use a PC.
