DATA ANALYTICS SPECIALIST

We are seeking a dynamic Data Analytics Specialist to join our Business Analytics Team. This role will be in charge of collecting and processing large datasets to uncover valuable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves using ETL tools, statistical methods and data visualization techniques to interpret complex data and present findings to stakeholders.

Focus Areas:

Data Manipulation and Cleaning: Gather data from various sources, build and integrate automated workflows, ensure data quality

Data Visualization: Create visual representations of data findings using automated and dynamic dashboards to make data easily understandable; optimize and / or redesign the existing ones

Data Analysis: Use statistical methods and software tools to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and correlations

Performance Monitoring: Develop automated workflows for target setting and monitoring

Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analytics team and Business Units to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in data analytics.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

1. Experience:

• >2 years in Data Analytics
• Proven track record of successful projects execution

1. Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, ETL (Alteryx, Knime), Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure)
