Currently for Zoetis Hungary we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Account Manager – Livestock
For the territory: West-Hungary
Role purpose:
This role has been designed to enable field-based salesmen & saleswomen to provide the best solutions from our extensive portfolio of medicine & services to meet the needs of individual customers. Account Manager (AM) develop their own strategic plans to suit their local competitive landscape and make the most of the opportunities on their territory.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Zoetis portfolio for Livestock to external customers accoridng to high ethical rules
- Reaching quarterly and yearly assigned EUS targets
- Creating good and quality cooperation with Zoetis customers
- Meeting the products` cycle objectives at the team level (e.g. HUF increase, market share compared to national average, etc.),
- Enforcing and improving applied sales techniques,
- Achieving field efficiency indicators at the team level (e.g. number of client visits; frequency and coverage, frequency of replication, quality of administration etc.),
- Possessing the knowledge necessary for filling the position (product, marketing, applied sales technique, computer literacy),
- Operation in accordance with the leadership concept,
- Implementing consistent organizational improvements,
- Timely submission of expense reports,
- Invoice-administration error rate,
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Experience
- Education: Veterinary Doctor or Livescience education
- At least 3 years of commercial experience preferably in the animal health business or lifescience
- Strong sales and presentation skills
- Outstanding business acumen, strategic orientation and excellent relationship management capabilities.
- Good command of English is preferable and Hungarian language is a must
- Results oriented
- Market Knowledge, manifested in developing detailed fact-based understanding of the needs and critical issues of the customer base and understanding how to develop a profitable business accordingly. Also he/she knows competitors and suppliers and the general regulatory issues affecting daily business practice.
- Collaboration and Influencing, evidenced by working effectively with others as a team to have positive impact on business performance of both sides.
- Commercial Orientation, manifested in creating new and better means to achieve enterprise and business success. Also, he/she invents new ways of exploiting opportunities, which results in increased profit and revenue.
- Strategic Orientation, expressed through the ability to think long-term, integratively, and beyond his/her own area.
- Outstanding business awareness, combined with analytical and integrative skills. He/she is able to integrate a variety of information into the definition of a clear, focused, and long-term functional strategy.
