POSITION SUMMARY
The Swine Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and sales goals. This role involves leading and managing the marketing team to effectively promote the Swine Animal products in China market to drive sales growth and expand market share.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate annual work plans for the department based on company sales objectives, and propose overall plans for market promotion, branding, public relations, and events.
- Organize and coordinate the marketing and sales teams to implement the annual marketing plan, evaluate the effectiveness of brand promotion, and propose optimization solutions.
- Manage and supervise departmental expenses, guide departmental staff, and conduct regular marketing training and coaching for employees.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or related fields, with preference for experience in the medical industry.
- Sharp insights into the latest marketing trends, with rich experience and unique insights in brand development strategies and event planning.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing department management, with previous senior-level roles in marketing departments preferred.
- 3 years and above team leading experience is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and team leadership abilities.
