Singapore Finance Lead

Description

The Finance Lead has overall responsibility to ensure compliance with finance reporting requirements. He/ She is
accountable for the general ledger accounting aspects for US GAAP and local GAAP for Zoetis Singapore and the
Singaporean branch of Zoetis Belgium and is also accountable for the Annual Accounts of Singapore entity (and branch if
required). He/She is also accountable for the various reporting requirements (BS flux, BL reconciliation, preparation of JE,
accruals, …). He/She will also provide support to the audit process and FS submission requirements (including regulatory
requirements such as finance government surveys…).
The Finance Lead is the SGP Sox champion and as such ensures that all the finance Sox controls are timely reviewed, and
He/She also provide guidance to business when required.
The Finance Lead is accountable to prepare the preliminary tax computation and to liaise with external tax advisor. He/She
will also ensure to compute and record the tax provision and ensure filing with tax authorities. He/She will coordinate the
replies in case of audit by tax authorities.
The Finance Lead is also accountable for the preparation of the budget and forecasting for CSS. He will coordinate the
review with stakeholders and ensure accurate reporting.
The Finance Lead ensures to plan the lost sales reporting by coordinating with various stakeholders (commercial and GMS)
and oversees the final numbers reporting.
The Finance Lead is highly involved with local business team and provide support whenever there are special transactions
requiring performing specific accounting analysis.
The Finance Lead reports to the Sr. Finance Director Zoetis Belgium and GMS Compliance Lead and works closely with
US Controllers and other finance teams and collaborates closely with the external auditor (KPMG). He/She is also
collaborating with the local legal team whenever finance support is needed.
Finance lead will provide ad-hoc support to other departments when financial information is needed.
