POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Intern is a member of Zoetis Companion Animals (CA) also know as Pet Business. This role is crucial in supporting the Product Manager in implementing marketing and business strategies, while also taking the lead in producing all marketing materials for the CA business. The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in Brand and Trade, actively assisting the Product Manager in executing various activities aimed at enhancing brand presence. Additionally, they should possess a keen awareness of industry trends, constantly staying updated and generating innovative ideas to ensure our brands remain at the forefront of customers' minds.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing Intern will provide assists to Product Manager (PM) on various projects, including: - New product launch: Support PM to implement the NPI’s Go to Market plan. - Product Activations: Assist PM in implementing product activations according to the full-year calendar plan, encompassing both above-the-line and below-the-line activities. - Technical events: Collaborate with Technical Team, take part in the execution of technical events, including logistical preparation and overseeing event flow. - Customer Program: Keep track of the Customer program performance & KPIs.

The Marketing Intern will take a leadership role in marketing materials production and team administration, including the following responsibilities: - Gimmick/Promotion: Taking the initiative to build up gimmick/trade items proposal for CA’s trade activities. Ensuring flawless execution and production. - Merchandising: Taking lead in deploying merchandising program: collaborating to develop material, building placements list, managing production and posting and tracking. - Point of sales materials (POSM): Working closely with internal stakeholders (technical, finance) for content and approval. Facilitate with external stakeholders (suppliers) for quotation and on time production. - Provide administrative support when assigned. |
