Zoetis, the world’s leading animal health company, is seeking a Field-Based Account Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our dynamic Companion Animal team covering the North East England region.
🔹 About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of independent and corporate veterinary practices—building lasting partnerships, delivering tailored solutions, and driving sales growth across our premium product lines. This is a field-based role with regular travel across your region.
🔹 What You'll Do:
✅ Develop strong, long-term relationships with veterinary practices
✅ Deliver against sales, market share, and growth targets
✅ Collaborate with internal experts (Veterinarians, Consultants, KAMs)
✅ Use solution-based selling to provide real value to customers
✅ Maintain accurate records through our CRM system
🔹 What We're Looking For:
✔ Proven sales ability or customer-facing experience
✔ Passion for animal health and customer success
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Resilience, autonomy, and commercial mindset
✔ Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently
🎓 AMTRA or similar sales qualification is a plus – or willingness to achieve it within 3 years.
