Currently for Zoetis Hungary we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Business Analytics and CRM Lead
(permanent, location Zoetis office in Budapest)
Position purpose:
The Business Analytics and CRM Lead Hungary provides insights to assess the performance and drive continous improvements to Zoetis’ business in Hungary. This role is responsible for data model management, defining and analyzing performance metrics, building reports, running experiments, and model development. Support Sales Manager and Field Force Team in assessing KPIs. Navigation and Administration of CRM tools. The scope is divided between: Sales Analysis, CRM Management and Business Management area. This is a e role with responsibility that may interact with different seniority level of Colleagues across the Zoetis CEEME region.
Responsibilities:
- Create, automate, and manage performance measurement tools for Zoetis Hungary
- Uncover and prioritize high ROI investment and savings opportunities using data sources
- Support the design, post-hoc analysis and continuous improvement of promotional campaigns and other marketing activities
- Design, develop, and maintain KPIs/metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions and assist with demand forecasting
- Provide comprehensive responses to ad hoc managerial requests to obtain or explain data-related inquiries
- Synthesize complex data sets into summary presentation format suitable for non-technical audiences
- Work with the business analytics team and IT to develop detailed data mapping and end-to-end process flows when needed and to implement best practices for data integrity, data quality, and exception handling processes
- Assistance to Sales Manager in creation of Regional Sales Strategies: Assessing Sales Targets for Filed Forces (FF), Updating all changes in the Sales Force system, performing analysis on FF productivity and efficiency, ensuring FF protocols are measured and met
- Working with users of the reporting tools to advise on best practices and best use of systems.
- Review and analysis on End User Sales (EUS), EUS wholesales and inventory reports
- Managing updates of product portfolio
- Deliver analysis on monthly variance vs. budget and strategic plan
- Discuss metrics with connected departments, report and follow up, and embed actions on a monthly basis on product portfolio
- Assist in developing the pricing tools and strategy for EUS
- Monitor product trends, update price list for EUS, calculate and checking EUS yearly contracts and related bonuses
- Issue of covering letters related to invoices/credit notes for Sub-Distributors
- Manage day-to-day operational support for Zoetis on Salesforce platform
- Manage system enhancements and upgrades; responsible for requirements gathering, gaining approval of business requirements, testing, and successful implementation of modifications in Salesforce
- Troubleshoot and manage reported CRM issues. Work with Zoetis ITS and external provider support to resolve any technical issues and reinstallations.
- Other related tasks issued by supervisor
Requirements:
- Have at least 2-3 years of CRM experience
- Strong analytical mindset and in-depth understanding of key business drivers
- Agility, adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics/statistics, economics, Management or Business Administration or related field.
- High proficiency with Excel and Azure (or similar visualization tools)
- Experience with database architectures
