POSITION SUMMARY
This role oversees outbound logistics, ensuring efficient planning and execution of warehousing and distribution activities through third-party logistics provider (LSP). It requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Demand Planning, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance as well as external partners. A key focus is on driving continuous process improvement and optimizing operations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehousing, To-market Sales and Gross-to-Net Operations, Other LSP Interfaces · Lead the To-Market Sales (TMS) process in collaboration with Finance and Commercial Operations as well as manage the inventories with optimal accuracy and visibility efficiently via activities such as: o Monthly manage the stock in local warehouses and perform adjustment whenever required to ensure absolute inventory data correction o Lead and perform the inventory reversal process according to business requirements o Conduct the replenishment o Perform the weekly stock reconciliation o Proceed the monthly transaction with LSP in collaboration with Finance and Commercial Operations · Serve as local expert in the CTS (Cost-to-serve) planning and management as well as ensure the data visibility on monthly basis to drive the improvement/enhancement of CTS allocation in daily operations with senior business leaders · Weekly conduct the inventory allocation for commercial among branches according to market demand in coordination with Customer Service · Lead the warehousing audit process between Zoetis and LSP including destruction process in accordance with Zoetis policy throughout documentation and archiving. · Destruction: Also partner with Finance to analyze the cost of each and every write-off procedure to consult and govern the relevant business lines. · Perform the regular Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) report in alignment with Finance and internal policies and compliance · Ensure external providers’ including LSP compliance with established service level agreements, identified requirements and approved budgets in alignment with Zoetis’ policies, procedures, and standards including but not limited to SOX, FCPA, Zoetis Operating Model, Quality Assurance, Cold Chain Monitoring, Trade Policy and Customs where relevant. · Conduct the monthly performance reviewal meetings with LSP and internal stakeholders to timely evaluate and enhance the service level towards best-in-class customer satisfactions in terms of logistical sufficiency · Drive the execution and continuously improved process of relabling activities once arrival at warehouse in terms of optimally operational cost and efficiency |
Consultancy & Optimization · Coordinate strongly with Cluster Supply Chain and Logistics in standardizing the practices in the continuously optimal manner as well as drive the alignment and appreciation across stakeholders towards the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) via effective presentation and communication tactics. · Conduct and manage legal documentations of all kinds related to the distributional relationship between Zoetis Vietnam and LSPs as well as drive the negotiations to optimize the cost advantages for local operations from warehousing to distribution services. · Drive the annual planning including CTS and service level efficiently via in-depth analysis of the go-to-market model and business needs in operations and strong alignment with Finance and Commercial Operations. · Lead initiatives to enhance warehouse and distribution processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness · Lead the logistical initiatives to enhance the customer experience across the species in terms of logistical efficiency at local market · Serve as key contact point for Gross-to-Net (G2N) activity from safety stocks management including sampling requests. · Undertake additional assignments or projects as delegated by the supervisor to support broader supply chain and compliance objectives |
