What do we expect from you?

As a Logistics Coordinator – Imports, you will be a key member of our CEEME Logistics team, based in Istanbul. You will manage and coordinate import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, optimizing logistics processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across departments.

What will you do when you join our team?

• Manage import shipments, including contracts, purchase orders, budgets, duties, tax controls and payments.
• Coordinate the import process with customs brokers and intercompany partners for finished goods and auxiliary imports.
• Ensure accurate documentation and customs classification in compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee insurance policy management (local and global).
• Support processes for samples and diagnostic registration.
• Coordinate operations with forwarders, carriers, and logistics service providers (LSPs).
• Monitor and resolve issues related to inbound and outbound logistics.
• Lead KPI tracking, especially clearance lead times.
• Approve payments for intercompany, forwarders, and brokers.
• Coordinate export processes for market transfers.
• Collaborate with Finance and Business teams to determine transfer pricing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics operations.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Veterinary, Chemistry, Business Administration, Logistics).
• 2–4 years of experience in import/export operations.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or animal health industry is a plus.

Technical abilities:

• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of English (Fluent Speak – Write)
• Willingness to travel if needed.
