We are looking for a

DIAGNOSTIC COMMAND CENTER PRODUCT MANAGER, GLOBAL DIAGNOSTICS (m/f/d)

for Abaxis Europe/our office in Griesheim or Remote within Germany.

We are looking for an energetic Product Manager to lead the development and execution of the roadmap for the Diagnostic Command Center — Zoetis’s cloud-based platform that enables seamless remote support and proactive management of our Vetscan family of diagnostic analyzers. Leveraging IoT connectivity, the platform collects real-time device data, empowering service teams to monitor device health, diagnose issues remotely, and deliver timely interventions that minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency for veterinary professionals.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the product vision, strategy, and backlog, driving innovation to enhance our service capabilities and customer experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that provide lasting value to our growing network of point-of-care diagnostic analyzers.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

- Define problem statements, product vision, and strategy, and maintain the product backlog through continuous product discovery and customer feedback
- Align with commercial teams on financial and strategic product goals
- Monitor product performance and KPIs, conduct ROI assessments for projects
- Lead and empower the Cross Functional Product Team (CFPT) and sub-teams, set objectives, foster innovation and a collaborative team culture
- Serve as internal product advocate and evangelist, support new product launches, training, and communication with commercial, medical, and support teams
- Track industry trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with research veterinarians and experts across veterinary disciplines
- Manage product budgets and negotiate partner agreements where applicable

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or equivalent roles, preferably with a background in support platforms and/or IoT-enabled products; medical device experience is a plus
- Proven ability to understand multiple business functions including engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and company leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline; MBA, PhD, or other advanced degrees preferred but not required
- Proactive, action-oriented mindset with high energy and problem-solving skills
- Empathy and curiosity in working with customers and colleagues
- Passionate storyteller and enthusiastic about driving product excitement
- Team player with accountability and a global mindset
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
