DIAGNOSTIC MEDICAL AFFAIRS INTEGRATION LEAD (f/m/d) – CORE DIAGNOSTICS PLATFORMS AND DIGITAL
full-time and remote within Germany/or at our office in Berlin.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
The Diagnostic Medical Affairs Integration Lead – Core Diagnostics Platforms and Digital Education plays an integral role in the delivery of medical support to internal colleagues and customers globally. This position is critical in managing and advancing Zoetis Diagnostics education initiatives, focusing on RACE-accredited education renewals, digital education platforms, learning and development, and language translation projects. This role requires close collaboration with core diagnostic platform teams (hematology, chemistry, coagulation) and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent, compliant, and impactful educational content delivery worldwide.
YOUR TASKS:
- Collaborate with medical leads to create marketing and training materials for core diagnostic products.
- Lead management and renewal of RACE-accredited education programs.
- Oversee digital education platforms and report on program impact.
- Develop learning plans and coordinate events like conferences, webinars, and labs.
- Support curriculum development and provide medical training for internal teams.
- Coordinate learning initiatives for diagnostic platforms.
- Ensure medical messaging and case inclusion in materials, focusing on core products.
- Work closely with the Diagnostic Medical Affairs Integration Lead.
- Manage translation projects to localize educational content.
- Manage and engage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) groups for educational and medical affairs support.
- Collaborate with core platform teams and other Zoetis units for educational synergy.
- Partner with medical affairs, marketing, and product teams to develop and approve content.
- Facilitate global communication and knowledge sharing.
- Support project management including timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- DVM/VMD from an accredited veterinary college, or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of animal health industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of clinical practice experience
- Prior project management and/or medical education experience highly desirable
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, align with and influence internal and external stakeholders, and build/manage relationships at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated cross-functional communication and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) in English.
- Strong technical writing skills with proficiency in copy editing and proofreading content
- Comfortable working in highly fluid, complex, and ever-changing environments
- Computer skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project management software
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate the schedules of global colleagues
- Ability and willingness to travel, up to 30% of the time including some weekends.
- This may include international travel
- A valid passport and active driver’s license
