Role Purpose
To collaborate with colleagues in bringing powerful campaigns to life that help pets live pain-free and strengthen the bond between animals and the people who love them. The Zoetis Pain portfolio is a key growth driver and one of the largest opportunities within the Companion Animal business.
The Activation Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the execution of the marketing strategy for the Pain portfolio within the Companion Animal business. This role focuses on delivering impactful activation campaigns that drive brand growth, increase market share, and enhance customer engagement across both traditional and digital channels.
The Activation Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, digital marketing, and external agencies, to ensure seamless campaign delivery and measurable commercial impact across B2B and DTC channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Activation Delivery: Execute tactical roll-out of strategic marketing plans for the Pain portfolio across both B2B and B2B2C channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and business goals.
- Campaign Management: Lead multi-channel campaign activations, including field force engagement, digital platforms, and direct-to-customer initiatives to maximise reach and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Digital, Technical, Marketing, and Commercial teams across business units to leverage the Zoetis portfolio, coordinate activities, optimise resource use, and ensure consistent messaging.
- Market Insight Application: Translate market research, customer insights, and sales feedback into actionable activation plans that drive category growth.
- Project Management: Manage multiple activation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and ROI, providing regular updates and recommendations for course correction to senior leadership teams.
- Digital Focus: Support the development and implementation of digital marketing omnichannel strategies, enhancing customer journeys both pre- and post-prescription, and lead generation within the Pain portfolio.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally to facilitate smooth campaign implementation and leverage best practices.

- Location: Head Office in Leatherhead
- Office Based: Expected to be in the office at least 50% time
- Start Date: ASAP
- Travel: Travel within the UK to customers and in the field is expected; travel to international meetings may be required occasionally.
