What do we expect from you?
Commercial Operations Associate
The Commercial Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting order and sales processes, accounting, and accounts receivable (AR) activities, as well as campaign reconciliations. The person assists with daily operations and ensures smooth coordination across teams. He/She carries out campaign reconciliations with wholesalers and ensures free-goods deliveries are completed on time.
In addition, he/she performs follow-up activities for audits, archives relevant documentation, obtains necessary approvals for commercial/sales conditions, and verifies SAP entries in line with approvals. The associate also monitors SAP processes within the Commercial Operations department (including system developments and issues) and collaborates with the technical team to resolve problems.
Strong analytical and communication skills are a must, along with attention to detail and a proactive, on-the-job learning mindset.
What will you do when you join our team?
Responsibilities:
- Supports order and sales processes by assisting with daily operations and coordination.
- Provides support for accounting and receivable processes in close coordination with Zoetis Financial Services (ZFS).
- Carries out campaign reconciliations with wholesalers and ensures free-goods deliveries are on time.
- Carries out required follow-up activities for the audit process and archives related documentation
- Obtains the necessary approvals for commercial/sales conditions and checks SAP entries of these conditions in line with the relevant approvals.
- Monitors the SAP processes of the Commercial Operations department (SAP development / SAP system problems, etc.) and works closely with the technical team to resolve issues.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales analysis, or finance-related roles.
- Experience in the Animal Health / Pharmaceuticals industry is considered an asset
- Minimum intermediate proficiency in English ( verbal & written)
Technical abilities:
- Computer skills are required - strong MS Office user skills (advanced Excel and SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Analytical ability, possesses strong math skills, and team player with a positive attitude
- Demonstrate the ability to think both analytically and creatively
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills, communicates clearly and effectively
- Pays close attention to detail and manages time efficiently
