Description
1. To lead and execute GCP field clinical studies for local biological products with all study stakeholders on tasks including CRO and sites selection, study planning, budgeting, study protocol preparation, study execution, monitoring, data recording, data auditing, data management and study reporting etc.
2. To develop clinical developing strategies, processes and activities to ensure compliance with Zoetis compliance and study guidelines and China GCP requirements.
3. Be responsible for the coordination and management of study preparation to ensure study materials and documentation are in place for study start (e.g. site filing, contract signing, ethical approval, sample supplies, DCFs etc.)
4. To be a study monitor, develops the monitoring plan, visit sites regularly, check the study records to ensure the protocol and monitoring plan are consistently and appropriately implemented. Track the study progress to deliver milestones and ensure the study data in high quality.
5. Provide study trainings, organize discussion meetings, proactively identify and resolve study operations-related issues and avoid any study risks in quality or timeline.
