Zoetis Veterinary Diagnostics Team ANZ | Brisbane Based | 12-Month Contract

Would you like to join a diverse group of Veterinary professionals who are focused on supporting in clinic patient care across Australia & New Zealand, then this is the role for you.
Success in this role is measured by the ability of the applicant to:
- Administer Salesforce.com CPQ processes, including quote generation and management.
- Prepare and Manage operator lease agreements, including renewals.
- Provide general administration support for CRM management activities.
- Oversee the asset management processes and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with customer-facing and support teams to ensure all agreements and Operational tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all systems.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate:
- Proven administration skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience in CRM management, with preferred knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational abilities and keen eye for detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- A willingness and commitment to ongoing professional development
Role requirements:
- Experience working in the Veterinary industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Candidate must possess a practical & analytical mindset and demonstrable critical thinking skills
- Must have the availability and willingness to travel to Internal conferences as the need arises
- Have an ability to work autonomously.
- Be a team player and contribute to a high-performing team and its culture
- This is a Brisbane based role, but open to the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas for the right candidate
