Nordic QA/RA Associate – Maternity cover (10 months)
This maternity cover provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience for future development within the pharma industry. The cover is planned to start on April 1st, 2026.
The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and covers Zoetis Nordics sales in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The QA/RA team consists of seven people located in Copenhagen and Helsinki. The position is office-based, full-time, with limited travel, and reports to the Head of QA/RA/PV Nordics.
The job
As a Nordic QA/RA Associate, you will coordinate a diverse range of tasks within QA/RA and will be given a unique opportunity to incrementally develop within the above-mentioned disciplines. The role will consist of various QA/RA-related tasks such as product quality complaints, deviations, SOP creation/reviews, and other maintenance of the QMS system. In addition, the role will support the QA/RA/PV departments to ensure daily business continuity, collaborate with local authorities, and attend and support audits. Hence, a supportive mindset and role to the Nordic business is required, along with proactive participation in assignments related to quality and regulatory affairs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Nordic organization within the QA/RA areas
- Ensure archiving, case entering, and QA/RA-related administrative tasks
- Coordinate external and internal communication with suppliers, authorities, and stakeholders
- Maintain and ensure compliance level in QMS and other relevant systems
- Coordinate trainings and workshops as needed
- Ad hoc project support
Requirements:
- Preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree within pharmacy, veterinary medicine, or a related field
- Industrial knowledge from the healthcare sector or related
- Stakeholder management skills: Communication, relationship building, and coaching
- An adaptable and positive mindset - with a can-do attitude
- Proactive, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong discipline towards structure and adherence to strict documenting practice.
