POSITION SUMMARY
The overall purpose of this hybrid role is to support both the Companion Animal Sales & Marketing Team and the Commercial Operations function, contributing to the achievement of commercial, strategic, and operational priorities.
In this role, you will assist with the delivery of marketing activities—such as campaigns, product launches, training interventions, and new service rollouts—while also providing essential operational support. This includes working with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes, assisting with new account openings, and ensuring accurate account maintenance to enable business continuity.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Unit & Marketing Support
- Provide professional administrative and project support to the Companion Animal Team.
- Assist with planning and execution of marketing activities including campaigns, product launches, events, training sessions, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate, communicate, and manage the distribution of promotional materials to internal teams and field personnel.
- Manage the voucher program, including tracking issuance, distribution, redemption data, and reporting back to Marketing and Sales.
- Manage and link capitalized assets in Salesforce for diagnostic instruments, ensuring that all leased devices are correctly recorded, tracked, and associated with the correct customer accounts.
- Assist in preparing reports or dashboards for tracking leased device utilization and asset distribution.
- Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing elements and alignment with commercial priorities.
- Assist with maintaining and updating marketing databases, dashboards, and content repositories.
2. Operations Support (CPQ, Accounts, Compliance Processes)
- Support CPQ processes, including data entry, validation, and coordination with Sales teams to ensure accurate quoting workflows.
- Assist in the opening of new customer accounts, ensuring all required documentation is captured, processed, and compliant.
- Maintain and update existing customer accounts, correcting data, updating details, and monitoring account status to ensure seamless commercial operations.
- Work with Operations and Finance teams to support process flow improvements, documentation accuracy, and customer experience optimisation.
- Track and escalate operational issues or bottlenecks that impact sales or account workflows
3. Compliance
- Maintain high standards of business conduct and compliance.
- Adhere to Pharmacovigilance requirements, Global Vet Policy, Zoetis Values, and relevant local legislation and codes of practice.
- Ensure any data handling, customer account processing, or pricing information aligns with compliance expectations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum requirements:
- Undergraduate Marketing Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or Commercial Administration qualification.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
Preferred/advantageous:
- Coursework or certifications in Business Operations, Supply Chain, or Commercial Processes
- CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, or similar)
- Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot)
- Data management or basic analytics modules
