This position will be based in one of the following provinces:Izmir, Manisa, or Bursa. The successful candidate will be responsible for operations in Izmir, Afyon, Manisa, Bursa, and Bandırma.
What do we expect from you?
The Key Account Manager is the primary commercial representative for Zoetis Poultry Products (Vaccines) within an assigned market/region. The person at this position is responsible for supporting achievement of annual gross revenue and margin targets within budgeted expense parameters. This position is focused on and responsible for the management of new business growth and customer retention for assigned accounts (Poultry) within the assigned market/region. The KAM has a product knowledge and a proficiency of industry gained through experience in the market/region.
What will you do when you join our team?
Responsibilities:
- Promotes, coordinates and gives technical – marketing supports to sales of Zoetis Poultry Vaccines
- Responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly forecasting for assigned market/region
- Manages corporate and complex level communication to customers regarding Zoetis products and services.
- Develops account plans for assigned accounts and works as a team member on assigned account plans lead by market level Commercial teammates.
- Works closely with Team Leader to ensure alignment of Global Product Strategy
- Maintains working knowledge of customer locations in order to maximize business opportunities.
- Initiates and maintains regular communication of customer requirements with internal Zoetis groups including Customer Service, Veterinary Services, Marketing, Market level Commercial teams.
- Continues to build and develop industry network to improve understanding of customer strategy and gain early awareness and involvement when applicable.
- Prepares reports that keep management and team members informed of industry news, customer news, sales objectives, accomplishments, and competitive information.
- Builds customer loyalty to Zoetis products and services by developing relationships with key account decision makers and influencers.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM) to manage accounts, contacts and business.
- Stays abreast of changes and future needs of assigned accounts and forecast on a monthly basis.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in veterinary, MS degree is an asset.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience In the poultry industry
- Strong knowledge on key account management
Technical abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data
- High degree of proficiency with MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and analytical techniques.
- Proven understanding of operation processes related with her/his role.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with other departments (finance, HR, sales&marketing, logistics)
- Ability to work autonomously (self-managing priorities, reporting & escalating to manager in another country/culture, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work, goals and tasks in accordance with division and corporate objectives
- Strong communication skills , written, verbal and presentation skills – fluency in English is an asset.
- No restriction to travel domestically and internationally
- Driving License (B) and a valid passport
