POSITION SUMMARY

The Technical Service Manager plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality post‑sales technical support and driving continuous improvement in farm productivity and animal health outcomes. This position leads the execution of vaccine trials, ensures accurate data collection and analysis, and provides expert technical guidance to farmers and field technicians. Through hands‑on support, training initiatives, and data‑driven insights, the Technical Service Manager strengthens disease management practices, enhances customer satisfaction, and builds long‑term value for both clients and the organization.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Post-Sales Services

· Collect, validate, and analyze data from grow‑out ponds to assess vaccine performance and customer outcomes.

· Evaluate the impact of vaccination protocols using technical training insights, sampling analysis, and qPCR results.

· Provide expert consultancy, troubleshooting, and on‑site technical support to resolve customer challenges and optimize farm performance.

Vaccine Trial Management

· Design, plan, and implement scientifically sound vaccine trials to measure product effectiveness under field conditions.

· Analyze trial outcomes to identify opportunities for improving productivity, survival rates, and disease management practices.

· Prepare clear documentation of trial findings and communicate insights to internal teams, distributors, and customers.

Technical Support & Farmer Engagement

· Organize and deliver seminars, workshops, and technical training sessions for farmers, technicians, and field teams.

· Provide ongoing guidance on best practices in disease prevention, biosecurity, and farm management.

· Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent and accurate technical messaging.

People & Technical Lab Management

· Develop and implement a strategic plan for on‑farm technical laboratory operations.

· Lead, mentor, and manage a small technical team (including one lab technician and one farm technician) to ensure high‑quality data collection, diagnostics, and service delivery.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and technical excellence within the team.
