Based at our Leatherhead office, you’ll join a collaborative HR team at the heart of a fast-paced, global business. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, building the skills, confidence, and insight needed to launch a successful career.

What You’ll Be Doing

Over the course of your 12-month internship, you’ll:

• Support key HR processes including onboarding, employee engagement, and talent development
• Partner with HR professionals on real business projects
• Gain exposure to recruitment, learning & development, and HR operations
• Contribute ideas to improve employee experience and HR practices
• Build strong relationships across teams and functions
