🚀 We’re Hiring: International Software Support Engineer (Remote, UK)

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer support and a knack for building strong client relationships? We’re looking for an International Software Support Engineer to join our growing team and support our Virtual Recall customers across international markets.

🕐 Working Hours: 1pm–9pm (Remote)

💼 About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional support experience. From troubleshooting technical issues to onboarding new veterinary practices, you’ll ensure our clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-line technical support via calls and email (English & French)
• Remotely install software across diverse environments and systems
• Deliver engaging onboarding and training to veterinary practice teams
• Monitor alerts and proactively support assigned customers
• Create and maintain clear support documentation
• Translate materials and communications to support UK operations
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams for seamless customer experience
• Support group-level initiatives and attend stakeholder meetings when required

✅ What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in English and French (written & spoken)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working with remote tools and varied IT environments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

🎓 Nice to Have
• Experience with SQL, HTML, or CSS
• Background in veterinary or animal health (not essential)
• Additional languages are a plus

📈 Experience Required
• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing technical or IT support role, ideally supporting software remotely
