Funciones:
- Administración de Datos: Manejo de información relacionada con nuevas contrataciones, terminaciones y contratos. Asegurar la gestión y el control de registros y archivos de acuerdo con las leyes locales.
- Administración de Nóminas y Compensaciones/Beneficios: Administración de datos y atención a consultas de los colegas respecto a beneficios y pagos. Asistencia en la resolución de incidencias relacionadas con la nómina.
- Administración de la Fuerza Laboral: Apoyo en la administración de los archivos relacionados a la administración del personal.
- Gestión documental: Administración del archivo físico y digital de los procesos de HR.
