POSITION SUMMARY

This role drives capability development and sales excellence for the Companion Animal business in Vietnam through effective frameworks, systems, technology adoption, and learning solutions. As the Vietnam L&D Ambassador, it partners with HR and Cluster L&D to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development initiatives across both Companion Animal and Livestock sales teams, supporting sustainable business growth and long-term strategic objectives.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Companion Animal Sales Capability Development

· Lead Sales Capability Assessment & Competency Framework for local Vietnam market by adopting & adapting the global Sales Competency Framework to local market needs including but not limited to implementing standardize assessment tools (competency matrix, role-play rubrics, call-quality criteria, field observation checklists) to consistently identify gaps and track progress across teams/regions.

· Lead Training Needs → Curriculum Build → Training Calendar: Lead the end-to-end Training Needs Analysis from assessment outputs, prioritize capability gaps into a structured learning curriculum (courses, skill modules, playbooks, facilitator guides, cases/role-plays, quizzes, job aids), and manage an annual training roadmap & calendar (monthly/quarterly) with clear objectives, audience, formats, owners, KPIs, and stakeholder alignment to BU priorities.

· Drive Training Delivery + On-field Coaching: Drive and manage training delivery across off-the-job formats, lead the design and execution of an on-field coaching model (ride-alongs/joint visits) with a disciplined coaching cycle (plan–observe–feedback–follow-up) including coaching reports and action commitments, and own measurement of impact (adoption/behavior change and field execution metrics) to continuously improve capability building effectiveness.

· Work closely with the Sales Lead & BU Lead to ensure tight alignment on BU priorities, go-to-market direction, and key customer/field insights; continuously adapt the capability agenda and competency standards to match the company’s strategic focus.

Livestocks Learning and Development Ambassador

· Partner with each Business Unit especially in field-based environment to collect deep insights of customer management and sales operations and thereby to identify the development opportunities in terms of capacities, competencies, tools and processes for sales force versus defined standards

· Coordinate with Cluster L&D to drive the flawless execution of the learning and development plan in the manner of integration and collaboration across stakeholders with comprehensive recording, archiving, reporting and efficiency evaluation including but not limited to coaching reports, coaching cycle plans, performance reviews and consultancy, role-play performance as well as optimization plan wherever relevant

· Serve as Market Point of Contact for Learning and Development in terms of sales capabilities evaluation and development opportunity proposal as well as drive the initiative in enhancing the sales competencies towards High Performing Culture
