Position Summary:

This role is dedicated to performing data management responsibilities to meet the current global and local regulatory requirements and SOPs, and will help make the process more streamlined and efficient in data management activities covering whole data management process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for Data Management Process and Activities (e.g., data request, including DMP, data entry, data import, data verification/validation and data correction and EDC management).

1. Collaborate with global data management team and China project team for training and problem solving (including Medrio system).

2. Create data management plans to define data capture methods for studies, and their representation in the clinical data management system.

3. Submit data request and update (data entry/import, DMP sheet, data validation/verification, data correction, data flagging, green penning, S & A) via WebURF system.

4. Work with EDC team to create e-DCF in Medrio system if applicable.

5. Provide training to project team and/or CRO for data management training, as well as Medrio system training.

6. Work with statistician to provide data analysis and data pack for each study. Work as SME to coordinate the technical communications between global team and China team.

7. Support in data entry, data check or any other problems about data management.

Requirements:

1. At least Bachelor degree. Backgrounds in biologicals, veterinary or statistics is preferred.

2. Experience in data entry, data import and strong acceptability of data management system is preferred.

3. Good execution in performing process and well organized in working priorities and excellent carefulness in data accuracy.

4. Data agility and logical thinking is needed.

5. Self-motivated and strong team player.

6. Fluently in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

7. Proactive in problem solving, strong sense of responsibility.
