Sales Representative – Veterinary/Pet Retail – Melbourne East & Northern VIC

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager – Southern, our ideal candidate is deeply passionate about animal health and the veterinary industry, including our beloved four-legged clients. You'll be a motivated individual driven to achieve results, inspired by market innovation and our robust R&D pipeline. Whether you're a vet nurse or practice manager ready to take the next step, or an experienced veterinary sales representative eager to excel in a dynamic position, this could be the perfect role for you.

Overview of the Role:

• Territory: Melbourne East & Northern VIC. Ideally, you’ll be based in Melbourne and live within the territory.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in animal health is essential to ensure a strong understanding of the industry and customer needs.
• Develop a trusted partnership with veterinary and retail customers, serving as the primary point of contact for Zoetis.
• Drive sales of key brands in line with the commercial plan and, taking ownership of territory performance and budget achievement.
• Deliver technical training to promote and grow adoption of our unique and industry-leading product range.
• Implement key marketing programs and initiatives in person, leveraging available tools to collaborate with customers, deliver value, and achieve exceptional results for both Zoetis and our customers.
• Demonstrate strong territory management skills, including effective time management, call planning and maintaining accurate records (CRM and internal stakeholders).
• Champion continuous improvement and exhibit the values and behaviours that contribute to a high performing team.
• Bring a vitality and enthusiasm that aligns with the Zoetis Companion Animal Purpose: ‘To pioneer in animal health so that pets can live their best lives’
