Reporting to: Category Marketing Manager (Preventative, IM & Vaccines)

We are excited to offer an internal secondment opportunity for a Product Manager (Parasiticides & Vaccines) within our Companion Animal Business Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a colleague looking to broaden their commercial and marketing experience, develop strategic marketing capabilities, and work with a high-performing cross-functional team.
About the Role
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for translating category marketing strategy into impactful annual brand plans and delivering high-quality marketing execution across our parasiticides and vaccines portfolio. You will lead the end-to-end marketing mix, including positioning, messaging, campaigns, omnichannel activation, forecasting and pricing inputs, while working closely with Sales, Technical, Veterinary, Commercial Operations and Key Accounts to drive sustainable business growth.
This role provides excellent exposure across the business and offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver annual marketing and brand plans aligned with category strategy and global priorities.
- Build market insight through customer engagement, market data, competitor analysis and field feedback, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Support forecasting, demand planning and pricing decisions to optimise commercial performance.
- Manage the assigned marketing budget (A&P), monitor ROI and ensure effective investment of resources.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, events, education platforms and field enablement.
- Partner with Key Account Managers to develop customer-specific commercial and marketing plans.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring successful delivery of portfolio initiatives.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing and European colleagues to leverage best practice while adapting solutions for the UK market.
- Ensure all marketing activities are fully compliant with Zoetis policies, Pharmacovigilance requirements and relevant industry regulations.
What We're Looking For

Experience within Animal Health or another regulated industry would be advantageous but is not essential. Strong transferable commercial or marketing experience from other sectors will also be considered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) is desirable.
Travel
Occasional UK travel will be required for customer visits, field accompaniment and national meetings, with occasional overseas travel where required.
