Veterinary Diagnostic Sales & Application Manager (Hybrid)

The Opportunity
A hybrid role combining consultative equipment sales with hands-on post sale onboarding and in-clinic applications support for Zoetis’ point-of-care diagnostics portfolio across Queensland. You are expected to:
- Build trusted partnerships with practice owners, managers, veterinarians, and nurses.
- Achieve strong new equipment placements and competitive conversions, delivering face‑to‑face sales activity to hit reach/frequency goals and equipment placement targets.
- Provide in clinic support to veterinary clinics and engage teams with an emphasis on implementation, adoption, and sustained utilisation of the Zoetis Point of Care Diagnostic offering.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships across the whole business to ensure we deliver value by maximising the complete Zoetis portfolio offerings.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment and enjoys turning technical knowledge into commercial results.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience in a veterinary clinical environment with 3+ years of successful B2B sales (medical devices/diagnostics/veterinary preferred).
- A commercial mindset along with client-driven service skills, be able to follow processes, make appropriate decisions and ensure an elevated level of follow-through.
- A strong understanding of general medical/veterinary clinic operations including but not limited to diagnostic applications, training requirements, and workflow processes.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of animal disease states
- A willingness and commitment to ongoing professional development
Must have:
- Experience working in a Veterinary/medical clinical setting from a technical and commercial perspective.
- Results-oriented, commercially minded, and customer-centred.
- Have the availability and willingness to travel extensively locally and regionally, with occasional interstate travel for meetings/training.
- Flexible hours to meet customer needs; occasional evenings/weekends for events.
- Be self-managed, collaborative, adaptable and contribute to a high-performing team.
- Current driver’s licence.
- This is a Queensland based role with the applicant ideally located in South East Queensland.
