Territory Sales Manager

Description

• Implements sales and marketing programs and conducts regular customer visits to promote the company’s products and services.
• Provides accurate and timely product information, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and business needs.
• Generates and books sales orders in accordance with customer requirements and company policies.
• Identifies and develops new business opportunities and customers to support market expansion and sales growth.
• Monitors market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and provides relevant insights to support business and operational planning.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication and collaboration with team members, cross-functional colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Actively participates in and contributes to the achievement of department goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
• Develops and maintains strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Ensures compliance with Corporate Local Vet Policy (LVP) standards, branding guidelines, and other applicable company policies and procedures.
• Prepares and submits required sales reports, market intelligence, and customer updates in a timely and accurate manner.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Sales Manager.
