POSITION SUMMARY
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Data & Analytics
- Act as the primary coordinator for commercial data sources, including sales, inventory, CRM, and DMS platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to monitor key commercial performance indicators.
- Manage user access to data platforms and dashboards in accordance with approved governance processes.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and data extraction support to internal stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of data-related projects and system enhancements.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Generate and communicate business insights from commercial data to support decision-making.
- Prepare regular performance analyses and reports against business objectives.
- Support the adoption and effective use of dashboards and analytics tools through training and user support.
- Provide data and analytical support for sales incentive programs, field force effectiveness initiatives, and commercial excellence activities.
- Deliver market and business intelligence analysis to support portfolio and brand discussions.
CRM & Commercial Systems
- Administer user access and data maintenance across CRM and commercial systems, including Salesforce and DMS.
- Support the day-to-day operation of DMS, including user management, system configuration, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain customer master data, segmentation, and profiling information in CRM systems.
- Support CRM-related projects, enhancements, and system rollouts.
- Provide end-user training and support to promote effective utilization of CRM and commercial systems.
