The Digital Coordinator supports key LATAM markets (Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Colombia, and Ecuador) to accelerate digital growth through an omnichannel approach that connects touchpoints into cohesive customer journeys and measurable outcomes. As the cross-functional execution owner, the Coordinator aligns local marketing teams, Business Units, IT, Global Digital, and agencies to deliver consistent, on-brand activation across markets.
The role safeguards global standards and governance while owning the regional execution engine across paid and organic social, influencer marketing, SEO and AI-driven search visibility (GEO/SEPO), social listening, and performance measurement (tracking dashboards and analytics).
The Coordinator drives a disciplined test-and-learn cadence with clear accountability for key KPIs improving reach, frequency, overall costs, conversion rate, and cost per qualified lead through continuous optimization. The position reports insights and opportunities to stakeholders (including senior leadership), supports KPI definition and budget governance with agencies, and ensures tracking rigor end-to-end (UTMs, events, dashboards) so results are reliable and comparable across markets.
The Coordinator leverages AI to increase speed and consistency without compromising quality and has strong project management skills, teamwork, proactive follow-up, and exceptional attention to detail.
In partnership with agencies, the Coordinator leads regional campaign development and roll-out across markets and manages content production end-to-end, including planning, briefing, and on-set/production oversight, ensuring every asset is compliant, channel-ready. The Coordinator also oversees community management execution with the agency, ensuring response quality, brand voice consistency, moderation routines, escalation paths, and community-driven insights that feed back into content, campaigns, and optimization.
