Description

Digital Coordinator LATAM

The Digital Coordinator supports key LATAM markets (Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Colombia, and Ecuador) to accelerate digital growth through an omnichannel approach that connects touchpoints into cohesive customer journeys and measurable outcomes. As the cross-functional execution owner, the Coordinator aligns local marketing teams, Business Units, IT, Global Digital, and agencies to deliver consistent, on-brand activation across markets.

The role safeguards global standards and governance while owning the regional execution engine across paid and organic social, influencer marketing, SEO and AI-driven search visibility (GEO/SEPO), social listening, and performance measurement (tracking dashboards and analytics).

The Coordinator drives a disciplined test-and-learn cadence with clear accountability for key KPIs improving reach, frequency, overall costs, conversion rate, and cost per qualified lead through continuous optimization. The position reports insights and opportunities to stakeholders (including senior leadership), supports KPI definition and budget governance with agencies, and ensures tracking rigor end-to-end (UTMs, events, dashboards) so results are reliable and comparable across markets.

The Coordinator leverages AI to increase speed and consistency without compromising quality and has strong project management skills, teamwork, proactive follow-up, and exceptional attention to detail.

In partnership with agencies, the Coordinator leads regional campaign development and roll-out across markets and manages content production end-to-end, including planning, briefing, and on-set/production oversight, ensuring every asset is compliant, channel-ready. The Coordinator also oversees community management execution with the agency, ensuring response quality, brand voice consistency, moderation routines, escalation paths, and community-driven insights that feed back into content, campaigns, and optimization.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Regional Planning and Prioritization 25%

Own the regional digital roadmap and backlog across markets, prioritizing initiatives that drive measurable growth. Ensure alignment between Business Units, local market teams, and Global Digital, translating business priorities into digital marketing plans, clear success metrics, and decision-ready recommendations.

2) Digital Touchpoints (Omnichannel Approach) 35%

Lead cross-market digital roadmap activation by connecting paid, organic, web/landing, email/CRM, community, and creator touchpoints into cohesive customer journeys that convert. In partnership with agencies, steer content development and production (only for special key dates) and oversee community management execution, ensuring brand voice consistency, high response quality, moderation standards, and effective escalation—while strengthening engagement and audience preference.

3) Performance, Measurement & Optimization (AI – Driven) 25%

Oversee paid media and conversion optimization across platforms through strong governance and a disciplined test-and-learn cadence. Drive continuous improvement by scaling what works, correcting what doesn’t, and ensuring tracking and setup quality enable reliable optimization and comparability across markets.

Own the performance visibility and insight engine across markets: KPI frameworks, dashboards, analytics reporting, and social listening. Convert signals (performance, sentiment, trends, competitor/creator narratives) into actions that improve messaging, content, customer experience, and channel activation—surfacing risks and opportunities early.

5) Governance & Compliance 15%

Safeguarding global standards, data privacy, and local regulatory compliance. Maintain operational excellence through strong project management, proactive follow-up, documentation, and stakeholder governance.
